FilterTech Extended Life String Wound Cartridges Detail View

BIG BLUE EXTENDED LIFE cartridges have a longer life than regular cartridges as the larger sediment particles get caught by the outer part of the filter and the smaller particles are filtered on the inside part. Therefore the filter won't block as fast as a regular Big Blue or DGD. A super element used for drinking water, residential and commercial.

BIG BLUE EXTENDED LIFE STRING WOUND that filter is made with tow microns, tight micron inside loose micron outside.

BIG BLUE EXTENDED LIFE STRING WOUND Cartridges are made of polypropylene yarn. They are available in nominal micron ratings of 25/01 - 50/05 - 75/25 in lengths of 10" or 20".

Crimped extended core filters are produced on tin or stainless steel cores. Available in different lengths and in all micron ratings to a maximum of 41". Polypropylene core extender is used for polypropylene core.
