revolutionary, Constant Current Output, which provides the following
unique features:
• Increased ballast life due to cooler
operating temperatures
• Optimum UV output over a wide
range of input voltages
• Constant current output over entire
input line voltage
• Not affected by line frequency
variations (47-63 Hz.)
• Crest factor control resulting
in longer lamp life
• Instant start lamp for preheat
lamp circuitry resulting in no lamp flickering
• Substantially increased energy

• Built-in EMI/RFI filtering
(compensates for radiated emissions & conducted interference)
• New moulded lamp connector

Proven Performance
The graph below shows typical microbiological contaminants which
may be found in your water supply. Assuming the water does not
contain any physical staining compounds which could potentially
'cloud' the UV transmission, the graph shows the typical output
of the water sterilizer at their individual rated flow.

Application Warning
Minimum water characteristics must be met before installation of
Sterilight to ensure proper operation and continuous water protection.
Only install Sterilight when:
• TOTAL IRON count
is less than: 0.3 ppm (0.3 mg/l)
• HYDROGEN SULFIDE
count is less than: 0.05 ppm (0.05 mg/l)
• SUSPENDED SOLIDS count
is less than: 10 ppm (10 mg/l)
• If HARDNESS level exceeds
7 grains per gallon, water must be softened
