Introduction To The VPMF System

The Variable Pore Micro Filter (VPMF) has an absolutely different structure from the traditional, conventional and existing segregation films or cartridge filters. It is defined as the perfect backwashable micro filter, and is Patented in the U.S.A. and Korea.

The VPMF has the following characteristics:

1. This filter functions with many multiple layer folds of micro fiber.
   
2. The backwashing process is very rapid. It only takes 3 to 5 minutes.
   
3. The perfect backwashing is possible by means of water and compressed air.
   
4. There are various available models from 0.2 micron to 25 micron filtering.
   
5. The VPMF system can be utilized in a wide range of applicable fields such as purification treatment, sewage and wastewater treatment, pre-treatment of advanced water treatment, and removal of chlorophyceae.

The following are examples of possible uses:

Purification Plant

• Our VPMF system is capable of replacing conventional sand filter, cartridge filter, and MF membranes.

Polluted Water Treatment

• The VPMF system is able to remove the SS and decrease BOD of the effluent after the biological treatment.

Sewage Water Treatment

• The effluent flux of the VPMF system can be utilized for the purpose of irrigating plants after biological treatment.

Waste Water Treatment

• The levels of COD, BOD and SS can be reduced by means of the VPMF system.

Pre-Treatment Of High Level Treatment

• The VPMF can be utilized for the pre-treatment of membrane film processes, ozone, activated carbon and UV catalytic oxidation.

Removal of Chlorophyceae Process & Other Applicable Fields

• The VPMF system does an excellent job of getting rid of chlorophyceae in aquatic fish growing ponds, purifying underground raw water, filtering of process circulation, pre-treatment of nozzle injection, filtering of recycling of cooling water and treatment of vehicle washing facilities.
