Sea Recovery
Tasman Sea Series

5,500 to 21,000 U.S. gal. (20,820 to 79,493 litres) per day
229 to 875 U.S. gal. (867 to 3,312 litres) per hour

Small hotels, large villas, oil platforms, and small cruise ships with 100 to 200 passengers aboard require from 4,700 to 17,500 U.S. gallons (17,791 to 66,245 litres) of fresh water per day. Sold as a complete package, Sea Recovery offers the "Tasman Sea" Series to satisfy these watermaking requirements. Found throughout the world, these easily maintained reverse osmosis desalinators produce large quantities of fresh water with unsurpassed reliability. The reason can be traced to Sea Recovery's unique engineering abilities and total commitment to high quality products. Sea Recovery delivers complete R.O. systems, ready to produce water immediately after installation. All necessary plumbing for onboard use is also included.

Features

  • High efficiency Booster Pump to provide the needed flow and to produce over 30 lbs. of pressure entering the pre-filtration section.
  • Multi Media Filter traps suspended solids.
  • Extended Life Step Down Dual Parallel/Series Pre-filtration.
  • Unique Low Voltage Control Circuitry.
  • Exclusive Solid Salinity Meter shows actual product water quality, an essential tool for product water monitoring.
  • A failsafe Product Water Diversion Valve that will allow only safe drinking water to enter storage tanks. This prevents salty water (bad water) from contaminating your fresh water supply.
  • Dedicated heavy duty Magnetic Latching Relays for each motor integrated in the system.
  • The Tasman Sea Systems are shipped from the factory ready to install and function. There are no optional items required, and a complete installation kit is also included.
  • Corrosion proof Hour Meter for keeping accurate ship's logs & for timely preventative maintenance.
  • Clear inspectable Sea Strainer constructed with a cleanable Monel Mesh Screen filter for ultimate corrosion resistance and large particulate removal.
  • Vibration Isolation Mounts Included.
  • The Tasman Sea Series Stainless Steel High Pressure Pump is specifically designed for Sea Water Reverse Osmosis Applications.
  • Fiberglass Reinforced High Pressure Membrane Vessel eliminates corrosion, is stronger, and more durable. Commercial grade Membrane Element yields higher recovery with greater rejection for more water of higher quality.
  • Flow Meters for visual monitoring of the product water flow and feed water flow used to calculate production rates and operation of the system.
  • The Compact Design reduces installation space and provides more water in a smaller foot print.
  • Remote Controls available.
  • High Grade Crank Case Oil to provide longevity of the high pressure pump.
  • Stainless Steel exterior and interior Pressure Gauges for accurate measurement of system functions, corrosion resistant, and liquid filled for accurate needle reading.
  • All High Pressure Connections are 316 Stainless Steel for maximum corrosion and rust resistance.
  • A comprehensive Owner's Manual with exact parts and connection drawings for installation, operation, maintenance, and other pertinent guidelines.
  • Worldwide Service and Sales Network for immediate attention regardless of location.
  • One-Year Warranty on the System and Membranes.
  • Full technical service dedicated to system performance excellence.
